Joseph and Shari DeNardo founded JND Properties. JND Properties has evolved since 1986 from a number of different companies notable Capital Real Estate, Inc. and Premiere Homes, Inc. Over the years the company has achieved a reputation as an innovator of new architecture for both multi-family and single family designs.
Joseph DeNardo has been developing and constructing fine communities and homes since 1986. He has completed several well know South Hills mixed use residential communities know as Lakemont Farms, Saddlewood, The Cidarlands, Pristine Fields, Linden Vue, and Lakemont Gardens. Sterling Ridge, Majestic Hills, and Timber Run are currently under development. (See Communities for more information and floor plans.)
A notable early company achievement was Lakemont Farms. With a bias toward quality design and construction, in 1988 Lakemont Farms was introduced to Pittsburgh as the first Cluster-home multi-family master plan community. The community was recognized by the builder association's annual multi-family housing excellence award as the number one community for innovative design. (See Lakemont Farms master plan).
